Brought my car in for repair was given a loaner that was covered with snow and had a cracked windshield. Now that my bill is paid they are hitting up my insurance company for the tab. In less than three months of owning a 2020 KIA Telluride with 84,000 miles from this dealership, I have already had to replace the alternator, the transmission, and the battery—an alarming sign that the dealership fails to properly inspect their vehicles before sale. Very unprofessional repair work on my Kia Sorento. They called me in for a recall which turned into them doing $4k+ of mechanical work. The issues weren't even fixed after I picked my car up which made me return the vehicle to ensure they fixed what I payed for. Absolute epitome of used car salesman xxxx. Cody sold us a 2018 for explorer that needed over $800 of work, we had dangerously bad ball joints while my wife was nine months pregnant. I called numerous times asking for even a partial refund. Cody won't even answer his phone, and the manager Hugo tries to talk a smooth game, but then ghosts you. They put a family with 2 young children and a pregnant woman in severe danger, the mechanic stated they were the worst he's ever seen. Hope the $800 was worth putting my family in danger.

I’ve called multiple times for a receipt on an issue the store said they would fix. It was a towing fee. My optima engine went out and it was covered under warranty. There is a reason KIA doesn’t put the prices on their vehicles in writing. They will scam you and later tell you the price was higher than they originally told you. KIA uses a 75 month payment plan. Most lenders use a 72 month payment plan. Unless you are a human calculator you won’t know what the real payments should be. They will show you one sheet of an estimate of costs. I brought my new 2022 Sorento in for the 1st oil change and a transmission update recall and ended up with a 3 inch gouge in my leather steering wheel! I purchased a 2020 Kia Soul from St Cloud Kia. I paid an ADDITIONAL 2,500 dollars for a “used car certification” warranty. The vehicle had 20,000 miles on it. It needed an oil change in 2,000 miles AFTER PURCHASING FOR 30,000 dollars…. And I was told my brakes only had 5 mm left and needed replacement within 5,000 miles. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOTAL SCAM ON WARRANTY. It does NOTHING. I would not recommend. They sell cars with problems and then expect you to take care of it after over paying. Horrible. Bought a used car that they charged way too much for. Not even a week in to owning, the car crapped out. They didn't offer to help out at all, knowing full well they sold a crap car. We have put over $2000 in it to make it driveable. Now, we were trying to trade it for something more reliable only to find out that the odometer had been rolled back and it had been in a major accident, both of which were not mentioned at time of purchase. Do not buy a used car from here.

I went to Kia to have a standard oil change, like I have several times before. This time, when driving off the lot I smelt oil burning. So I was required to turned around, around smoke start coming out of the hood. They looked at the car and I was told oil spilled on my exhaust, which was causing the issue. The salesman was ok. When we went to finance to purchase we discovered the warranty info we were given was incorrect. The finance guy was exceptional in trying to get the answers to our questions.
